I am a Spanish artist currently based in Valladolid. Formally educated in Fine Arts—in Spain & France—and trained in jewellery making—in Spain & Australia—jewellery became my preferred medium to express my thoughts and memories. In my eyes, the unique relationship that jewels have to the human body, and their capacity to carry their time’s identity, provide a platform for an art that suits our nomadic age. Among my preoccupations are the feminine experience, the spaces we inhabit, and how technology/digital reshapes perception. Can digital become precious? Is technology a friend or a foe?
